Soured consumers see plans less favorably
It seems even the best-liked HMOs have lost some ground in consumer satisfaction,evidence of a general downturn in healthcare-consumer attitudes. Comparedwith last year's results, average ratings (see chart, facing page) havedropped 9.4%, and when compared with results from two years ago, averageratings show a 12.3% drop.
