Learning to Absorb the Right Input, Moderate the Rest From the Pro's Was Essential in Aidin's Start

Russell Graney, Founder and CEO of Aidin, is one of 12 winners in this year's Emerging Leaders in Healthcare feature. In an interview with MHE, Graney talked about appreciating advice he received from healthcare veterans during the start-up of Aidin, but sifting through the right input for his business. An experience within his previous role at another company told him to stick with his gut and follow his truth rather than acting on someone else's start-up experience.
