DMAA seeks consensus on DM outcome measures
EMPLOYERS AND MCOs realize that effective DM programs can cut costs and improve outcomes, but it isn't easy to determine which programs are truly effective. The Disease Management Association of America (DMAA) recently released a consensus paper, "Principles for Assessing Disease Management Outcomes," which clarifies this important subject.
