Arcadia, a healthcare data analytics company, serves a variety of clients, according to CMO Luke Hansen, M.D., M.H.S. Hansen, who has a background in clinical medicine and research, became Arcadia’s CMO in July 2024.
In an interview with Managed Healthcare Executive, Hansen gave an overview of the company, highlighting their customer base and the services that they offer.

“Because we offer insights from diverse data sets that are brought together, all kinds of stakeholders approach us,” Hansen explained. “It's not just health plans, although health plans are interested in our perspective, but providers, as risk gets delegated to them, purchasers, and even employers. Everyone is trying to understand where the opportunities are so that they can either pull levers directly or be better advisors or better stewards for the dollars they're spending.”
Hansen also discussed his role as the CMO and provided some personal background.
“I practice hospital medicine here in the city, but my nine to five is working at Arcadia as chief medical officer,” Hansen said. “What that includes is supporting our product development team, working closely with various folks around strategy and [discussing] where the industry is going, both for product development and to partner with our customers in the most effective way possible.”
