Accountable plans improve performance
WASHINGTON, D.C.-For the fifth straight year, accountable health plans-defined as those that report HEDIS scores publicly -improved their overall performance on nearly all clinical care measures by a substantial amount, according to the recent National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) report.
