KPMG's 2013 first quarter M&A deal report
KPMG’s quarterly mergers and acquisitions report notes high deal volumes in long-term care and technology sectors for the first quarter of 2013. Managed care and behavioral health demonstrated lower volumes comparatively. Billion dollar deals were few and far between, according to the report.
